Hi fellow Christchurch Avon Club member/s,
I hope you have survived the summer we didn't have. It should have conditioned you well for Cross Country! The winter season starts again this Saturday (31st of March) with the opening run at the clubrooms from 2pm.
Registrations will be taken from 1.30pm at the clubrooms
Attached is the 2012 Winter Registration Form (soon)
Once you have completed the form you can either:.
1. bring it to Opening Day (31 March) or the Hagley Trial (14 April)
2. scan it and email it back to me (reese-jones@clear.net.nz)
3. post it to my address at the bottom of the form
You can pay the money either by:
1. bringing the correct cash with the form to Opening Day or the Hagley Trial
2. bringing a cheque with the form to Opening Day or Hagley Trial.
3. completing an internet banking transfer into the club's account listed on the bottom of the form.
4. posting a cheque with the form to my address at the bottom of the form.
PLEASE – complete registration as soon as you can, so it doesn’t drag on for weeks and weeks. It makes it much easier for those organising our winter.
PLEASE – hand or email this form to new members who may be looking for a friendly, exciting and challenging sport
PLEASE – invite or drag potential new members to our first runs and relays. Don’t leave it till the fun relays are over and we are into the gut busting muddy cross country races.
